- Choosing a set: the run in feet, whether there is a socket in reach, and whether the spot is indoors, covered or open to rain.
- About an order: the order number and the email used at checkout.
- Damage in transit: photographs of the carton as it arrived and of the item, sent within 48 hours of delivery.
