Almost every question here is one of three: how long is it, what powers it, and can it go outside.

Choosing

How much length do I need?

Measure the actual run — the window frame, the wall, the railing — and add a little for the drop to the socket. Ordering against the room size is the commonest mistake in this category.

Battery or plug-in?

Battery for a spot with no socket, at the cost of hiding a box and replacing cells. Plug-in for anything permanent. Where a set is USB powered it still needs a USB source within the lead length.

Can I use an indoor set outdoors under a roof?

Under a solid roof, in still air, usually yes for a season. In anything that gets blown rain, no. Only the sets with a stated IP rating are made for that, and we do not stretch the claim.

Why do solar lights stop early?

Because they did not charge. Solar needs direct sun on the panel for most of the day; shade from a wall or a tree halves the run time. It is the position, not a fault.

Delivery, returns and money

How long does delivery take?

Orders are packed in 1-2 business days. Delivery is 3-6 business days door to door to a metro address and 5-10 business days elsewhere in India. Free shipping on orders of ₹699 and above; a flat ₹49 applies below that.

What if it arrives damaged?

Write in within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the carton and the item, and we replace it or refund it.

How long do I have to return something?

10 days from delivery, unused and in the original packing. Full conditions are on the Return and Refund Policy page.

How can I pay?

UPI or Cash on Delivery. Those are the only two methods on this site. We do not accept cards, net banking, wallets or EMI, and we never ask for card details over the phone or by email.

Tax

Is GST added on top?

No. Registration under GST becomes compulsory only past a turnover limit set in India, and this shop has not reached it, so we are not registered. Nothing labelled GST is added on top of a listed price, and no GST tax invoice with a registration number can be raised — what the product page shows is what you pay.
